Ordinary refers to the commonplace
Extraordinary refers to the uncommon
However, we may literally interpret the latter as:
Those who are extra ordinary produce the outstanding

This is the original spark that lit the motivation and inspiration
Behind ˇ°Industrial Romanceˇ±. Our mission was to search for
character in the most undistinguished trifles, breathe life into
them, and empower them to realize their creative and
extraordinary selves

The story began on Beijing Road ¨C a city strip famous for its array of industrial-parts stores. One evening, as I was strolling along its dimly lit sidewalks, something behind the store display window beckoned me with a sparkle. I turned, and saw piles and piles of plain-looking screws, washers, and springs ˇ There they monotonously lay, silently displayed, and helplessly wanting company. Their solitude seemed to have struck a cord deep inside my heart. I approached the cold and expressionless glass separating us, and found myself amongst many a sagacious and girlish spirits. I could hear them murmuring and gossiping in their sleep, spilling and confessing their secret and sweet dreams. As I listened, I felt those dreams my own ˇ

... Transform the mechanical into the romantic ...
... Invigorate the dormant into the vivacious ...
... Touch the unfeeling into the soulful ...

Perhaps, it merely takes a little hope, a little dream,
a little love for life itself to bridge the abyss separating the
commonplace and the extraordinary. All we are trying to
do here is to erect that bridge in our own little wayˇ
